Instructions

1. Fill out all the details in hostel admission form online
2. Take out the print of form completed in all respects
3. Take the printed form to your parent department and get it verified by chairman, concerned department
4. Submit verified form along with the following documents IN A FILE COVER to the office of
 Chairman Halls Council:
  a. Copy of CNIC of student
  b. Copies of CNIC of parents
  c . Copy of CNIC of visitors
  d. Copy of departmental fee challan
